The App has been created with customers, garages and dealerships in mind and it is proving to be very popular. Current reviews on Apple App Store and Google Play Store are very positive and we are going to be working continuously to make sure everybody remains pleased with the system. We have some new ideas in the pipeline which will be added in the coming weeks and further development will be ongoing. The App can be found in the Apple App Store or on Google Play Store under the name AU Assist.
Signing up couldn’t be easier. After opening up the App, enter the code provided by your garage or if you have not been provided with one enter code 7777777. You can then login with Facebook or by using your email address and mobile phone number
After signing in you can select My Garage to register your car. Select Add vehicle and enter your registration. You can now select Click for more, where you will then be presented with some information regarding your vehicle as well as important dates, such as when your MOT expires and when your Tax is due. Should you hold a guarantee with AU Warranties, this can also be viewed on this page.
Gives the options of booking a Service, MOT, Repair or Self Help. The Self Help section will provide you with handy tips and hints for maintaining and repairing your vehicle. Should you need to book a Repair, MOT or Service, then these options will take you to your preferred garage or selection of garage for booking.
Should you not have a regular garage, then find a garage is a great service. Just click on Find a Garage and the App will show up to 50 local garages. If your car is in a different location, then you can enter a postcode and local garages to the postcode will reflect. You can then select the garage that best suit your needs and get a message across to them.
Should your garage already be affiliated with AU Assist, your message will go directly to the garage or to AU Assist who will arrange a booking with the garage. If the garage is not currently registered with AU Assist, we will still be happy to help.
AU Assist works in partnership with AU Warranties. The cover section provides information on any warranties that you may currently hold, and also offers the opportunity to increase your cover level or take a new warranty to help with your vehicle repairs.
The Fob can be purchased from a number of outlets, and will help you find important items such as keys, purse, wallets etc. The AU Finder connects through the App and will beep when within range.
Whether your looking for a new garage, prone to losing your keys or just to busy to check when your MOT is due, AU Assist is here to help. The App offers many great features including notifications of important dates, repair bookings, handy tips, key finder, and much, much more.
